每一枚印章都是一种灵感，一种智慧！刘墉说：“超越的意义在于你在超越别人之前，先得超越自己；超越自己时，对数量的无意义追求是一种虚假的超越。只有有意义的超越，才能日积月累，成为大跃进。
”我继续说：“很多同学认为我的好成绩是因为我资质好，聪明。其实我们都一样，我只是清楚地认定每天我要超越什么——今天弄懂昨天做错的那道数学题，今天争取完形填空比昨天少错一个……超越不是单纯在数量上铺天盖地地做题，而是实实在在一步步地拾级而上。
同样类型的题目，会，做一百个同样不会错；不会的，一题也不会对。所以，为什么不抓住我们宝贵的时间，用它来超越那些小而宝贵的重要部分呢。
“仔细想想自己的学习，每天的努力和付出达到了想要的效果吗？一位同学曾经向我抱怨说，他每天课间休息时都认真背诵英语单词，从不懈怠。比如今天背诵50遍，明天在前一天的基础上背诵100遍，等等。
但考试时遇到自己读过的单词还是不知道什么意思。我问他，你每天背单词，真的记得意思吗？或是具体语境下怎样运用？
他摇摇头说，他只是觉得每天读很多单词很充实。
“我们总是把进步、超越诸如此类的词汇和很大的数量挂上钩，总想一口吃个大胖子，就像刚刚提到的那位同学。其实‘跨越’这个词本身很朴素，它只要求我们每天进步一点点就行。何不如刘墉所言，有意义的超越才是真正的超越。

穿越-偶尔的退却是能量的积累
有一个人，曾经出现在2004年雅典奥运会的赛场，他以破纪录的好成绩成为了勇夺奥运跨栏冠军的“亚洲第一人”，他成为了中国乃至亚洲田径史上的一个奇迹。于是乎，人们记住了这个名字——刘翔 。
四年后，在13亿中国人的期待下，他出现在北京奥运会上，但他的梦想破灭了！他因伤退出比赛的事实通过电视直播迅速传遍了全世界。刘翔的名字瞬间发生了巨大的变化。
离开赛道13个月后，2009年，刘翔选择重返上海赛道，并在上海大奖赛110米栏比赛中获得第二名。当刘翔和特拉梅尔冲过终点线时，整个体育场爆发出海啸般的欢呼和掌声。无疑，挫折让他更坚强。
我弟弟小颜是高三学生，也是刘翔的铁杆粉丝。他说9月20号那天的比赛，他看得哭了，他没有想到体育可以这么强大到影响自己的内心，刘翔的复出给他的人生画册上添了浓重的一笔。
小颜是一名复读生。对他来说，浮躁是对学习的致命伤害。上一次高考的失败给了他很大的打击，这让他对大学梦的渴望越来越强烈。但人往往有这样的想法：
在心里默默地抱着一个梦想，我觉得现实的动荡会随时带走它。所以在9月底的一次考试中，小颜跌了很多，100年级的学生跌了200多人。那对他来说是个无情的打击。
他打**跟我说：“要知道，那是我人生中第一次把考试当成高考来考，把所有的排名和希望都潜移默化转化成通往中国人民大学的通行证。”
这样的压力，让他垮掉了。当时，他很伤心，连饭都没吃。他必须知道高三才刚刚开始。我打**劝他，但他什么也听不进去，只告诉我说末日来到了，平时积累的成绩都像是糖衣炮弹，这时候脱落了外壳，露出狰狞的面孔，诉说自己的不足和狂妄。
9月20日，星期天，小颜知道刘翔已经进入110米栏决赛，于是从纷繁复杂的书本中逃出来，早早地坐在电视机旁。小颜说比赛之前只是觉得刘翔很坚强，却没有料到他蛰伏了13个月后会拿到亚军。“当时我哭了，我震撼的不只是这场比赛，而是他赛后说的那段话：
‘或许这是命中注定的事情，那时的退后只会让我变得更加坚强，让我有机会静下心来考虑自己的未来。你必须做好准备，因为生活中有很多障碍，你需要勇敢地面对它们。’”
看完那场比赛，小颜又给我打了个**，没有之前的自暴自弃，他很平静地对我说：“当时，我总觉得，刘翔和我很像。但惟一不同的是，他不认为生活中的困难和障碍是可怕的，他用跳跃和跳跃的姿势来面对它们；而我呢，却唯唯诺诺。

改变——适合与不适合
改变，每个人都可以做，但不是每个人都愿意做，更重要的是，这种改变是适合自己的。改变就像做一件时装，改变自己习惯的纹路图案和花色，让自己的造型更顺应社会的进步和大众审美的要求。但有时，坚持自己的模式可能会成为一种独创性，新颖而不突兀。
适合与不适合之间，有着难以捉摸的默契，它们有时候在我们的生活中玩一些小暧昧，却让我们看到了它们存在的意义。改变推及到高三学习中，同样适用。置身于高三的大环境下，如果让适合与不适合融入你的内心，并且成就你，你便成了可以改变自己高三命运的人。
高三的性情和性格，其实这个时候已经“秉定乾坤”了，要全方位的改变自己，很难。改变就是要打破不适合你的习惯，阻碍你的学习和进步。
如果你真的没有早起的习惯，就不要因为“我身在高三，别人都起那么早”之类的理由打乱自己的计划。本来是七点起床，你非要六点半起床。也许你在半小时内读了很多古代汉语解释和英语单词，做了一道数学题，两次完形填空和两次方程式平衡。
但如果这半个小时对你的生物钟起负面作用，你的下一个研究就会被打乱。如你上课的时候就会精神不佳，早起半个小时得来的知识就会在你与周公抗衡的过程中慢慢消失，真是赔了夫人又折兵。
现在你可能想知道我们是否会继续坚持自己的风格，取得我们想要的突破和成就？如果你现在的学习或生活已经有了固定的习惯，如晚上睡得比较早真的会让你第二天精神充沛，那么就去乖乖睡觉吧。不要因为听到周围同学说晚上在开夜车而埋怨自己没有抓紧时间好好学习。
静下心来想想，如果你身上有一些对自己正产生着积极影响并适合自己学习发展的习惯，那么就去尽量完善它，不要去埋没它。有一点需要提醒，我们并不是要提倡你一味地早睡晚起，要把自己的生物钟慢慢调整到和高考同步，提前适应总比临时调整好吧。所以，属于“夜猫”一族和“百灵鸟”一族的你就得注意了。
但当一些习惯妨碍或不适合自己学习时，及时改变才是王道。高三时，我班上有一个同学，学习特别用功，有一个改错本，把任何做错的题都抄在上面以便巩固。这很好，但当他在完形填空中犯了错误时，他仍然照搬了整篇文章；在遇文阅读出现错误的情况下，也要把整篇文章抄下来，然后反思错误。
班上的学生们对他的练习很是嗤之以鼻，甚至问他，你认为你需要抄袭那些正确的句子和选项吗？他倒是很爽朗，说他已经习惯了写字的那种充实感，既可以练字，也可以把错误整体呈现，加大改正的力度和加强记忆。其实这种方法无可厚非，但在时间如金子一般的高三，这意味着你要消耗很大一部分时间来订错。
于是我们劝他只抄错误的部分。他起初不习惯，觉得这样好像缺了点什么，不能回想当初错误的具体场景。但久而久之，当他自己也意识到事倍功半时，便更改了习惯，也取得了不错的成效。
事实上，改变就是与你自己的习惯竞争。有些习惯因为你太久了，突然觉得不习惯就放手了，总是会拖累，去成为一种负担不知道。于是，你需要在脑中装一个睿智的探头，侦查你行囊中那些让你加速的习惯，也警惕那些拖慢你速度的习惯。
那么现在就改变行囊里的内容吧，把真正能带你去远方的留下来。事实上，它只需要几个简单的信念，以消除萝卜和检查遗漏。
刚刚都在说我的同学，现在说说我自己。高三自己一直在对抗身体的弱点，所以我用自己的顽强和毅力克服了一些弱点，也总结了一些经验。
改变自己，从最微妙的深度开始，效果是一个飞跃。我有一个习惯，每次考试都要把试卷收集起来，用订书机装订好，放在一个非常精致的文件夹里。第二次考试后，把两者进行比较。
当然，分数应该比较，但我的比较更多的是关于错误和可避免性。至于数学，我会对自己说，为什么这次选择题错了，但上次是对的？真是因为不会，还是因为粗心？

我有一个在大学校园里漫步的梦想，让生活有了另一种生机和绚烂。
为了这个梦想，在那个炎热的下午，我来到了第二中学和第四中学。从那以后，穿梭在高四的风中，走在高四的雨中。
作为高四生，我很清楚我自己。我要猛追英语、理综掉脚学科；巩固基础知识，弥补知识漏洞；我还要承受只有高四学生的压力。
高中四年来，我经历了无数次大大小小的考试。每一次考试都有一个或另一个遗憾，每一次考试都不令人满意。为什么？为什么我就不能考第一？

回忆走过的250多天，不是吗？
在课堂上，我的效率越来越高。我只需要在未来坚持下去；
下课后，除了吃饭睡觉，可以利用的时间已经用完了，以后还需要坚持下去；
我自信，掉脚学科已有了很大进步，以后还会有突破；
我很自信，曾经远离话题，我整理了好几遍，已经熟悉了心；想想看。我还有什么理由不自信？

只是，每次出去玩我总尽量可以做背包客，跟团是我觉得最吃力不讨好的事情，简直是浪费财力人力，还不如不要出去。
但在我身边，这样的人竟然寥寥无几。朋友中最多的还是一年跟一次团或者压根就没旅行一说。和他们在一起聚会，基本上围绕的只有票子房子车子孩子，我在聚会最热闹的中央，却是最寂寞无语的倾听者。
很多时候我都在反思，为什么我不能像他们一样多一些追求物质的动力？有很多钱，有房子车子不好么？事实上是很好啊，你看，他们多开心快乐？我也想，真的。可是，走的太快，我又怕忘记看那些未曾来得及看的美景。
为了去西藏圆自己多年的梦想，辞掉了安稳的工作，这大概就文艺青年和二青年的结合体容易犯的病。可是，又有多少人知道，那一路的风景是你们做梦都梦不到的震撼与惊叹。我爱一个人或者两个人在路上的感觉，在雪山下，在峡谷里，在峻岭里，默默感受内心与大自然的对话。那是你在城市一辈子无论如何都体会不到的。
钱可以再赚，没有人可以阻止你再找一份工作的可能性。房子以后也可以再买，也许会贵了点，但也许还有其他的可能，谁知道呢？世界变化太快，今天明天后天会怎么样，我们谁能预测？谁能肯定明天就没有意外先来？
我渴望像这本书的作者一样，年少时就可以走遍自己想去的地方，做许多自己想做的事情。可是，我没有，在她那样的时光我在工作，像沙漠里的鸵鸟将头紧紧埋在现实的沙子里，努力将自己长成一棵可以扎根城市的植物，只为挣得有限的一点空间。
这就是我们大部分人的生活，谁能肯定那些敢于面对房价车子的人就一定不够快乐。也许，追求物质本身就是一种莫大的快乐。只是像我这样的人不够理解他们的这种快乐。就像他们永远都不会理解我一样。
人上一百，种种色色。只要你过的，是你想要的生活。只要你知道，你追求的，是你想要的快乐。那么就算做着你不想做的工作，被老板骂的狗血淋头，可是转身后还是会对着自己的梦想微笑。

I might be tempted to envy people who can live that way, except that I do not think they have any fewer nightmares than I do. Choosing to live in narrow spaces leads to a form of mental agoraphobia, and that brings its own terrors. I think the wilfully unimaginative see more monsters. They are often more afraid.
What is more, those who choose not to empathise enable real monsters. For without ever committing an act of outright evil ourselves, we collude with it, through our own apathy.

Promote education reform at all levels.
Introduce sustainable development initiatives.
The implementation of free trade agreement between China and ASEAN.
The benefit to China in introducing these initiatives will be significant and far-reaching. It is important to realize that these initiatives need to filter down through all elements of the society in China. For instance, cutting edge technologies and intellectual properties; the development of e-commerce based economy; an education system that encourages innovation and creativity; increased foreign investment; higher living standards; more efficient use of natural resources.
It is important for us to realize these reforms are both essential and necessary. These will help China to fulfill its vast and unrealized potential on the world stage. It will also contribute more to a globalized world of the new century.
As for the future our task is not to foresee but to enable.
